Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your mentorship session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: If you cancel 24 hours prior to the session, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- No Show: If you fail to join the meeting link within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be marked as "Completed" and no refund will be provided.
- Completed Sessions: Once a mentorship session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment (Bank/Card/UPI).
4. Service Delivery Policy (Shipping)
As this is a digital service:
- No physical goods are shipped.
- Delivery Method: Services are delivered online via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Delivery Time: The service is delivered at the specific date and time slot selected by you during booking.
- Meeting links are sent via email immediately upon booking confirmation.
